I visited Kempty falls situated at Mussorie a few days ago. At different heights amongst the rocks, there are different levels and different views of these falls. This has become a popular tourist place. So, I won't or rather don't want to tell anything about its beauty. I want to share something else that I have experienced  there.

After 2 levels of these falls, you again have to climb for the third one and on the way,  you come to a spot, which makes it worth to climb all the way up. This spot has a pond of crystal clear, clean and chilling green water. You get 3-4 steps down from your path up to third level and you are looking at this pond. A big tree with so many branches is peeping down at its mirror image in this water.  Most surprising thing is that, people are so obsessed with visiting the places mentioned by other tourists, they don't bother to take a stop at this pond.  I am sorry to say this, but, it's a loss for them. 

I stopped at this pond, sat at the last step under the shadow of above mentioned tree, immersed my feet in that chilling water and Oh God, that was heaven!!!

I couldn't believe that you can gain such peace  anywhere in this chaotic world. That calm, serene view, that fragrant breeze, that sun who was jealous of me at that moment, that tree, changed me entirely.  I forgot and forgave everything and everyone. I experienced happiness which came from within myself. Time stopped then and there. I stopped living.I didn't fear dying then. In fact, I was an immortal being present there like that tree, like that water. I belonged nowhere else. 

I have returned. But, you will still find my soul there.
